Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consult staff to maintain all technology elements in the location.
• Collaborate on tech purchases and allocation of resources.
• Communicate system changes, issues, and upcoming projects.
• Own incidents reported by staff and students; ensure timely resolution.
• Deploy, install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain tech equipment.
• Maintain inventory of equipment assigned to buildings, students and staff.
• Perform system administration tasks including user accounts and software.
• Develop knowledge articles and documentation for users.
