Job summary

Loudoun County Public Schools seeks a Digital Experience Specialist to maintain a complex technology environment and support a district-wide digital learning ecosystem. You will serve as a resource across multiple schools and sites, ensuring all tech functions run smoothly for students and staff.

Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining equipment, managing software, and collaborating with staff on technology purchases, with a focus on reliable service delivery and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or two years of equivalent experience in an Information Technology field.
• MCP or MCSA, ITILv4, HDI, A+, N+ certifications preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Consult with staff to maintain technology elements at the assigned location.
• Collaborate on technology purchases and allocation of resources.
• Communicate system changes and upcoming projects to staff.
• Own incidents reported by staff and students and ensure timely resolution.
• Deploy, install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain technology equipment and peripherals.
• Maintain accurate inventory of equipment assigned to buildings, students, and staff.
• Perform system administration tasks including user accounts and district-approved software.
