• Deploy, install, troubleshoot, and maintain technology equipment and peripherals.
• Maintain inventory of equipment assigned to buildings, students, and staff.
• Perform system administration tasks including user accounts and software installation.
• Investigate emerging technologies and report findings.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles and documentation.
