Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or an associate degree with relevant experience.
• Experience: minimum four years supporting computer systems in digital environments.
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and iOS operating systems.
• Experience with hardware/software installation and maintenance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tech assistance to site staff and students for hardware and software issues.
• Maintain a stable digital learning environment at the location.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software acquisitions.
• Install and configure approved hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on technology assets.
• Maintain accurate inventory of technology assets.
• Follow safety, legal and district policies; participate in trainings.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Associate degree

Four years of experience in supporting computer systems

Six years of experience in supporting computer systems

Windows, Mac, and iOS knowledge

Basic hardware/software knowledge
