Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Technical Platform Owner – Marketing to lead the MedTech Global CXM Platform on Microsoft Dynamics. Located in Raritan, NJ, with possible case-by-case remote work, the role focuses on Marketing platform experiences and defines the technical strategy, architecture, and platform capabilities for AI-driven commercialization.
The candidate will partner with business stakeholders, drive end-to-end reliability, financial management, and global collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- 7+ years of IT/delivery leadership experience.
- Experience leading technology delivery in a regulated environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and coordination of education platform transformation technology solutions with enterprise teams.
- Translate priorities into a business-led technology roadmap (0–5 years).
- Serve as the trusted technology partner for site leadership and stakeholders.
- Own demand and capabilities across site technology, balancing value, cost, risk, and resources.
- Ensure alignment to standard enterprise product categories and global ecosystems.
- Develop and maintain the IT roadmap and business case with finance partners.
- Drive Agile and iterative delivery practices to accelerate value.
