Job summary

UCLA Anderson Computing & Information Services (ACIS) invites applications for an Educational Technology Specialist 3 to join the CSS team. The role provides hands-on support across classrooms and spaces, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting A/V, network, and software systems.

You will engage with faculty, staff, and students to understand objectives and ensure reliable tech services. Responsibilities include supporting video conferencing, LMS and productivity tools, and delivering user

Qualifications

Minimum three years of technical service experience.
Strong customer service orientation with faculty, students, and staff.
Ability to handle high-difficulty customer service situations calmly and efficiently.
Ability to listen, ask questions, and guide users to effective solutions.
Familiarity with Anderson School instructional needs.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn new skills in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support and resolve technical problems in classrooms, offices, and learning spaces.
Operate and troubleshoot A/V systems, video conferencing, and standard software suites.
Create training materials and documentation for Anderson users and guests.
