Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar enterprise applications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery to understand business problems and strategic opportunities.
• Document current and future state processes using structured analysis techniques.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate needs into actionable documentation for product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Operations, Data, and Leadership teams to support governance and decisions.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings and support decisions.
