Sacred Heart Greenwich seeks a Full-Time Technical Support Specialist/Media Specialist to support students, faculty and staff in a dynamic K-12 environment with a 1:1 laptop program. This year-round role includes evenings for events and occasional weekend support.
The successful candidate will manage Apple macOS/iOS and Windows environments, oversee the help desk, assist with AV setups, document solutions, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues promptly.

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Technical Support Specialist/Media Specialist to provide support to students, faculty and staff in a fast-paced educational environment with a 1:1 laptop program grades 5-12. This year-round position, including summer, will support the successful operation of the School's technology program and audio visual needs. This individual will be thefirst point of contact for all IT questions, including any application or hardware support questions or issues. They will analyze and diagnose issues and offer a prompt response and resolution working closely with outside vendors to facilitate repairs. The Technical Support Specialist must deliver outstanding customer service in a timely and efficient manner and have the ability to work a flexible schedule to support evening events.
