Job summary

Milton Hershey School is hiring two on-site Recruiters to lead high-volume full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, across a residential educational environment in Hershey, PA. You will partner with hiring managers, design structured interviews, and ensure inclusive, compliant hiring practices.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in talent acquisition, with strong communication, analytics, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field required.
• Three or more years of talent acquisition experience required; Milton Hershey School Houseparent experience may count.
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting processes and multiple concurrent searches.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and provide consultative guidance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Commitment to diversity and fair hiring practices.
• Proficient with ATS, CRM, HR tech, Microsoft tools, social media, and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding support.
• Lead multiple concurrent searches while maintaining standards for candidate quality and diversity.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on recruiting best practices, labor market trends, and candidate assessment.
• Design and facilitate structured interview and evaluation processes to identify aligned candidates.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and school policies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking and referrals.
• Analyze metrics and workforce data for forecasting and continuous improvement.
• Deliver a positive candidate and hiring-manager experience throughout the process.
• Represent MHS at recruiting events and community outreach programs.
