Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading confectionery brand in Hershey, PA to recruit an experienced recruiter for end-to-end hiring across food manufacturing and maintenance roles.

This hybrid position requires two on-site days per week and supports multiple sites in the Hershey area, offering a competitive salary and benefits package to match experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting in food manufacturing environments, including maintenance/technical trades.
• Ability to manage high-volume requisitions with an organized approach.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with ATS and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, with a strong focus on food manufacturing and maintenance positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and deliver on hiring timelines.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles within manufacturing and technical operations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate experience, and provide timely feedback.
• Track and report on recruitment activity, pipeline health, and key hiring metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate across multiple sites in the Hershey, PA area as needed.

Hudson Talent Solutions has partnered with one of the world's most iconic and beloved confectionery and snack brands to find an experienced Recruiter to join their talent acquisition function in Hershey, PA. This is a unique opportunity to embed within a global consumer goods powerhouse and make a real impact across their manufacturing and operations workforce.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, with a strong focus on food manufacturing and maintenance positions

You'll bring

• Demonstrated expertise recruiting within food manufacturing environments, including maintenance and technical trades roles
• A strong understanding of the unique sourcing challenges and candidate profiles within industrial and manufacturing sectors
• Experience managing high-volume requisition loads with a structured, organized approach
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with hiring managers at all levels
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach to recruiting with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
