Momentum Academy in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment strategy, build candidate pipelines, and oversee hiring processes across four campuses. The role focuses on strengthening staff development, onboarding, and performance management to sustain a high‑performing team.

The position is full‑time, exempt, and located on site with collaboration across district leadership. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in talent management or recruitment are required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, or related school work.
• Experience in a K-12 school, charter school network, or nonprofit preferred.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract mission-aligned candidates.
• Build candidate pipelines and maintain a timely, consistent hiring process with managers.
• Partner with leaders to project staffing and prioritize hiring needs.
• Organize recruitment events and oversee substitute placements district-wide.
• Coordinate onboarding and stay/exit interviews to improve the staff experience.
• Maintain talent data dashboards and support succession planning.
• Present HR/talent metrics to leadership and support broader HR functions.
