Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in recruitment, training, onboarding, or operations.
• Strong leadership with a track record of developing talent for future bench strength.
• Passion for people, coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
• Experience with social media recruiting, networking, and sourcing new talent.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum three years of driving experience.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, develop and retain employees.
• Collaborate with District Managers to ensure associate readiness for business needs.
• Uphold the company’s core values in all interactions and decisions.
• Implement recruiting strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
