Responsibilities

• Serve as a product analyst for education-focused technology platforms, supporting digital learning, content delivery, and education enablement solutions aligned to commercial strategy.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements; translate user needs into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Product Owners, IT delivery teams, and business stakeholders to support roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and release execution.
• Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms, enhancing customer engagement, pricing and revenue optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
