Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Professional, Education Systems in MA Raynham to support Education Systems across global learning experiences. This role sits in Commercial Technology (IT) and partners with stakeholders to translate educational needs into scalable digital solutions.

You will work with product owners and technology teams to plan roadmaps, refine backlogs, and drive adoption of digital platforms while enabling compliant, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience as a technology, business, or product analyst.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, LMS, APIs, and data/reporting tools.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a product analyst for education-focused technology platforms.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Partner with Product Owners, IT delivery teams, and stakeholders on roadmap planning and release execution.
• Analyze platform performance and user engagement for continuous improvement.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment to meet compliance expectations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Education, Compliance, Privacy, and Vendors to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
• Prepare documentation, dashboards, and communications for decision-making.
• Lead AI, analytics, and automation to modernize platforms and enhance engagement and outcomes.
