Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, CS, Business, Eng or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a technology, business, or product analyst.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, LMS, APIs, and data reporting tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a product analyst for education-focused technology platforms.
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements; translate into user stories.
• Support roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and release execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.
• Lead AI, analytics, and automation to modernize platforms.
