Job summary

The Rose Tree Media School District is hiring Paraprofessional II for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position (7 hours/day) is district-wide and starts immediately, offering competitive compensation per ESPA agreement.

Paraprofessionals provide instructional, behavioral, and personal support to students in general education and special education settings, collaborating with teachers to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related experience preferred.
• Ability to work with students of varying ages, abilities, and learning needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to follow instructional and behavioral plans under staff guidance.
• Patience, flexibility, and commitment to student growth and independence.
