Job summary

Rose Tree Media School District is seeking a Paraprofessional II for the 2026-2027 school year district-wide. This full-time, 7 hours/day position starts immediately and supports instructional, behavioral, and personal needs.

The role involves collaborating with teachers and support staff in general and special education, including one-to-one assignments, within a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree, college coursework, or relevant experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with students of varying ages, abilities and learning needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and families.
• Ability to follow instructional and behavioral plans under the direction of professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional, behavioral, and personal support to students.
