Job summary

No Isolation Ltd seeks a Customer Success Manager to partner with educators, schools, municipalities and education authorities across NRW and beyond, driving AV1 adoption and ensuring successful outcomes for students.

In this role you will leverage deep experience in education to guide stakeholders, manage onboarding projects, and maximize the impact of AV1 as a meaningful inclusion tool within the German education system. Remote setup with regional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in education sector or education leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of the German education system and Länder structures.
• Excellent German (C1/C2) with strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and implement AV1 with schools, municipalities, and education authorities.
• Build trusted partnerships with decision-makers and education leaders.
• Advise on best practices, change management, and maximize AV1 adoption and impact.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to expand AV1 adoption across regions and education authorities.
• Travel within NRW and broader Germany to support customers.
