Job summary

Soundtrap is seeking an Education Specialist to join our US EDU team. Based in Southern California, you will train teachers, run onboarding for newly licensed schools, and co-execute activations and events.

You bring classroom experience and knowledge of audio tech to design professional development, support district partnerships nationwide, and help schools scale creative learning with Soundtrap for Education.

This role includes travel up to 30% and a mix of virtual delivery and on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering professional development for teachers and districts
• Strong presentation and communication skills, virtual and in person
• Knowledge of audio technology, DAWs, and classroom integration
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work evenings/weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the professional development program for district partners nationwide, with sessions virtual and in-person
• Build the program catalog, resources, and delivery standards as demand grows
• Onboard newly licensed schools: teacher training, LMS setup, rostering, and launch support
• Provide lifecycle support for accounts to enable account executives to focus on selling
• Co-execute on-the-ground engagements across West Coast accounts and community programs
• Support a career readiness initiative with rosters, attendance, and outcomes evidence
• Help account executives adopt engagement playbooks and identify growth opportunities
