Sonos is seeking a Americas Trainer to bring educational moments to life for partners across Professional and Retail channels. You will deliver technical, product, and sales education to professional installers, retail staff, business owners, and other partners.

This role supports both in-person and remote training, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality educational experiences. You will develop expertise in Sonos hardware, software, networking, and installation

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in professional AV, consumer electronics retail, sales, installation, technical education, or related field.
• Demonstrated success with public speaking and on-camera presentations to varied audiences.
• Ability to explain technical/product information clearly and adapt to audience needs.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and own training programs.
• English language fluency.
• Willingness to travel across North America for trainings and events.

Responsabilidades

• Present engaging educational content to small and large audiences via in-person events, webinars, on-camera training, partner meetings, and trade shows.
• Speak the language of our audiences, including professional AV installers, retail staff, designers, and business owners.
• Adapt technical depth and delivery style based on audience and channel.
• Collaborate with Americas Professional and Retail Sales teams to drive confidence, advocacy, and sales.
• Identify learning opportunities to improve installation and customer experience.
• Share field feedback with content team for future training.
