Dream Opportunity is expanding its college and career exploration programming and seeks a School Implementation & Education Specialist to work directly with students, educators, and partner schools. You will introduce students and teachers to our platform, guide sessions, and help integrate the tool into existing programs.

This school-facing role focuses on facilitating sessions, supporting educators, and ensuring a high-quality student experience across in-person and virtual programming.

Qualifications

• Experience with middle or high school students.
• Ability to facilitate classroom or group sessions.
• Strong communication with students and adults.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of our college and career exploration platform at partner schools.
• Facilitate engaging sessions with high school students.
• Guide students through structured career and college exploration activities.
• Help students navigate and use the platform successfully.
• Train teachers, counselors, and school staff on how to use the platform.
• Help educators incorporate the platform into existing college and career readiness programming.
• Observe student engagement and identify where support is needed.
• Gather structured feedback from students and educators.
• Communicate observations and feedback to product and education teams.
• Support both in-person and virtual school programming.
• Build positive relationships with students, teachers, counselors, and administrators.
