Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a proactive Operations professional to support Learning and Marketing operations across reporting, CMS, and event logistics. You will compile recurring reports, reconcile project time in OpenAir, and ensure accurate, compliant reporting.

You will also maintain documentation and assist with trainer survey reporting. The role emphasizes Excel-driven reporting, AI-assisted summaries, and process improvements to boost efficiency and data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, or reporting support.
  • BA in Communications or related field.
  • Experience working in a client learning and/or marketing operations role.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables; familiarity with data organization).
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to assist with reporting and summaries.
  • High attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines.

Responsibilities

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $48,900 - $81,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
