RELX INC in the United States (Georgia) is seeking a full-time Operations professional to support Learning and Marketing with structured reporting, system updates, reconciliation, and event logistics.

You will compile recurring revenue reports, manage OpenAir time reconciliation, CMS updates, and trainer-survey reporting, while leveraging Excel, Pivot Tables, and Copilot for insights and summaries. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines are required.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, or reporting support.
  • BA in Communications or related field.
  • Experience working in a client learning and/or marketing operations role.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables; data organization).
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to assist with reporting and summaries.
  • High attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Learning Operations

Required Qualifications

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $48,900 - $81,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
