  • BA in Communications or related field.
  • Experience working in a client learning and/or marketing operations role.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables; familiarity with data organization).
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to assist with reporting and summaries.
  • High attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and maintain recurring learning reports (revenue tracking, program metrics, survey results).

Key Responsibilities
Learning Operations

  • Support reporting tied to event performance and lead tracking
  • Maintain organized documentation and post-event reporting materials
Reporting & Process Support
  • Build and maintain structured Excel workbooks for recurring reporting
  • Use Copilot and Excel AI tools to generate summaries, trend analysis, and reporting insights
  • Follow established procedures to ensure compliance-sensitive reporting accuracyIdentify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
Job Discipline

Supports business operations by providing administrative and operational coordination across Learning and Mark eting. Executes structured processes related to reporting, system updates, reconciliation, and event logistics.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $48,900 - $81,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
