Job summary

Voya Financial Advisors, Inc. seeks a Financial Professional to join our Houston team, focusing on plan sponsor relationships in the education market.

You will manage 403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement and investment strategies, and provide participant education and seminars. Qualified candidates will prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments, recommend investment strategies, and research client service questions.

Qualifications

• Registered representative with experience in defined contribution plans (403(b), 457, 401(a).
• Securities registrations (Series 7, 65 & 66) preferred.
• Life & Health Insurance licenses.
• Desire to help clients meet retirement goals and become a top producer.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments.
• Recommend and implement investment strategies.
