Qualifications

• Experience with defined contribution plans such as 403(b) and 457; 401(a) preferred.
• Ability to prospect, schedule and conduct appointments.
• Knowledge of plan documents, contribution limits, loans and withdrawals.
• Strong client service and education presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop plan sponsor relationships in the education market.
• Enroll 403(b)/457 plans and advise on retirement/investment strategies.
• Educate participants through seminars and workshops.
