Job summary

Voya Financial Advisors, Inc. is seeking a Financial Professional to join our team in the greater Tyler area to build plan sponsor relationships and deliver retirement and investment strategies.

The role focuses on 403(b)/457 enrollment, seminars, and personalized client education to help participants reach retirement goals. The candidate will prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments, implement investment plans, and research client service issues.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of the defined contribution marketplace (403(b), 457, and 401(a))
Knowledge of rules/regulations around contribution limits, loans, withdrawals, vesting, and plan documents
Territory management and business development
Relationship building
Fund knowledge and product/pricing knowledge

Responsibilities

Enroll plan sponsors in 403(b)/457 and provide retirement strategy guidance
Educate participants through seminars and one-on-one meetings
Prospect and schedule client meetings to develop new business
research client service issues and investment questions to improve service quality
