Job summary

Voya Financial Advisors, Inc. in Houston seeks an Account Rep to support plan sponsors in the tax-exempt market. You will handle 403(b)/457 enrollment and educate participants, while building relationships with sponsors and participants.

You will prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one retirement counseling, and also lead retirement and investment seminars to drive enrollment and adoption of Voya's financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with 403(b), 457, and 401(a) plans.
• Series 6/63 licenses preferred (7/66 optional).
• Life & Health Insurance licenses.
• 3–5 years proven sales in financial services.
• Desire to become a top producer in the Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and schedule retirement counseling appointments.
• Educate plan sponsors in the tax-exempt market and enrollment processes.
• Conduct retirement and investment seminars.
• Manage plan enrollments (403(b)/457) and ongoing client education.
