Job summary

Voya Financial Advisors, Inc. seeks a Financial Professional to join our San Antonio area team, focusing on plan sponsor relationships in the education market. The role handles 403(b)/457 enrollments, retirement/investment strategies, and participant education and seminars.

Qualified candidates should have Series 7/65/66 and Life/Health licenses, with strong prospecting, appointment setting, and seminar delivery skills. Base salary plus commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with defined contribution plans (403(b), 457, 401(a) preferred).
• Series 7, 65 & 66 registrations preferred.
• Life and health insurance licenses required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enroll 403(b)/457 enrollments and manage retirement/investment strategies.
• Conduct retirement and investment seminars for participants.
• Prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments, and address client service questions.
• Research client service issues and investment questions to provide solutions.
• Develop and implement retirement and investment strategies for plan sponsors.
