Credence is seeking an Education and Development Manager (Registrar) to support AFIT/EN at Wright Patterson AFB, OH, focusing on graduate education and enrollment processes. The role emphasizes data reporting, system analysis, and training to enable effective student services and registrar operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with a Student Information System (SIS) for enrollment management.
• Hands-on higher education experience in admissions, registrar, and financial aid.
• Proficiency with BusinessObjects Info View.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and data analyses to support AFIT/EN and registrar functions.
• Extract and analyze data using Ellucian Colleague SIS to support staff.
• Create new reports adaptable to changing selection criteria.
• Analyze AFIT processes and recommend Colleague system improvements.
• Implement approved recommendations to maximize software efficiency.
• Write Colleague rules for process definitions as needed.
• Prepare trainings and present materials to AFIT/ENWE staff and others.
• Manage Ellucian Colleague SIS security, testing, patches, and reports.
• Coordinate with AFIT/A6 to resolve Oracle-Colleague issues.
• Prepare rosters and reports for International Student program.
• Provide backup with Ad Astra and OnBase tools when needed.
• Collaborate with departments for data-mining services.
• Develop training materials as requested.
• Maintain academic policies in Ellucian Colleague and weekly DAR reports.
