Job summary

Credence has an immediate need for a Course Manager (Housing) to support the Civil Engineer School (AFIT/CE) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. AFIT/CE provides continuing education to DoD and other federal agencies, with over 80 courses and 12,000 students annually.

The role encompasses enrollments, transcripts, SIS/SLcM and LMS management, record-keeping for access and course completion, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of courses. A U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
• BS/BA in Education, Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in education management.
• Proficiency with SIS/SLcM and LMS (Canvas).

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollments, rosters, graduation certificates, and transcript requests.
• Oversee student enrollments in SIS/SLcM and LMS, including troubleshooting and resolving access issues.
• Ensure course completion records are provided for system access authorization upon completion and when requested.
• Manage registration or course management issues during development and deployment of courses.
• Document organization-specific processes and responsibilities derived from PWS requirements for continuity and knowledge transfer.
