Job summary

Morrison Child and Family Services is seeking an Education Services Supervisor to oversee the LTGH Education Department, coordinating academic programming and ensuring compliance with ORR standards. The role requires ESL/TESOL certification, bilingual English/Spanish, and prior supervisory experience in an educational setting.

Responsibilities include curriculum development for English, math and science, collaboration with school districts, and maintaining documentation for licensing.

Qualifications

• Licensed or certified as a teacher with TESOL/ESL credentials.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with ability to translate documents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Education Assistants and Skills Trainers.
• Develop and align curriculum with students' English, math, science and literacy goals.
• Maintain records to meet ORR standards and state licensing.
• Lead weekly lesson planning and ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate instruction.
• Coordinate with school district staff and community partners to support education services.
