Qualifications

• Must hold a teaching license (TESOL/TSPC) or a degree plus TESOL/ESL certification.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, with ability to translate documents.
• Experience supervising Education Assistants and Skills Trainers.
• Ability to align English, Math, Science and ESOL curricula with ORR standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Education Assistants and Skills Trainers.
• Provide curriculum for students' literacy and linguistic development.
• Develop English, Math, and Science curricula including ESOL and language training.
• Provide linguistically appropriate educational materials and yearly syllabus.
• Maintain records and ensure ORR standards and state licensing compliance.
• Coordinate with school district staff and community partners for services.
• Develop weekly lesson plans and activities; supervise youth caseloads.
• Ensure timely documentation and ORR portal updates.
