SupportFinity™ is seeking an Education Program Strategist to enhance customer learning programs from first‑time activation to advanced enablement. The ideal candidate will drive education strategy and develop scalable content to boost product adoption and customer retention.

Located in San Francisco or available remotely in the United States, candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience and a strong background in organizational skills and content strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, or instructional design within a SaaS or product-led environment.
• High organization and the ability to build scalable systems.
• Experience building systems that support intake, triage, prioritization, and delivery for content requests.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer education strategy by building structured curricula.
• Develop and maintain education content across formats and channels.
• Establish metrics for activation, usage, and retention.
