Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of program management experience.
  • Experience in educational, public media, or non-profit settings.
  • Proven ability to sustain long-term external partnerships.
  • Experience with logic models and evaluation frameworks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and strong time-management.
  • Commitment to an inclusive workplace and lifelong learning.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full development cycle for programs from design to delivery and revision.
  • Collect data and maintain program documentation including attendance and feedback.
  • Conduct post-activation evaluations and align with strategic goals.
  • Serve as primary relationship manager for Tier 2 partners across the engagement cycle.
  • Represent the program portfolio in meetings and deliver workshops and trainings.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resources.
