Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Director in daily program operations, including budget monitoring and staff scheduling.
• Support staff meetings, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate existing services and assist in expanding department services.
• Contribute to development of new programs aligned with goals.
• Ensure timely completion of records and reports.
• Support data collection and analysis of student progress and metrics.
• Collaborate with other programs and teams for seamless services.
• Coordinate services with state/federal agencies to ensure compliance.
• Monitor budgetary responsibilities within the department.
• Support ongoing staff development and certifications.
