Qualifications

• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum Required Experience: 3 years.
• Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute institutional or program activities (educational events, training, learner recruitment, interviews, orientation, schedules, graduation).
• Maintain proficiency in accreditation, board, and institutional requirements; monitor activities for full compliance.
• Support institutional leaders on accreditation agency requirements and related issues.
• Serve as liaison with faculty, administration, departments, affiliated institutions, and national organizations.
• Develop and maintain databases to track, schedule, and record activities for programs and learners.
• Provide information, support, and problem solving for leaders, faculty, staff, and learners.
• Coordinate recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers.
• Create brochures, flyers, handbooks, and other educational materials.
• Coordinate assessment and evaluation activities.
• May monitor program budgets and oversee work of support staff.
