The Academy for Defense Intelligence (ADI) serves as an integrated training solution for all DIA training. Your mission is to provide educational support services to personnel across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.

You will create course offerings, manage registrations and enrollment, ensure classrooms are ready, and maintain the master schedule for ADI schoolhouses, while supporting exams and seminars for government personnel.

Competenze

• Must have experience in education/admin support.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Experience with Student Information Systems and Learning Management Systems such as Blackboard and AGILE.

Mansioni

• Create course offerings, manage registration, enrollment, closeout, and provide learner support.
• Ensure classroom readiness and track IT issues and equipment lifecycle.
• Create and maintain the master schedule for ADI schoolhouses.
• Proctor exams, support ad hoc assessments, and manage End of Course surveys.
• Assist in planning and executing federal employee related seminars.
