Gulfshore Playhouse in Naples, FL is seeking an Education Associate to support the Education Department’s daily operations and collaborate with teaching artists and students across ThinkTheatre, ArtReach, and the Conservatory.

Responsibilities include scheduling, enrollment tracking, material prep, and assisting with curricula, communications with families, and event coordination. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Theatre, Education, Arts Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience with children and teens in educational or arts environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate student records, enrollment, attendance, and data management.
• Coordinate class schedules, program calendars, and logistics.
• Communicate with families, schools, and partners professionally.
• Assist with room setup, materials, costumes, and prop organization.
• Plan and support education programs, lead or support teaching artist in specified classes.
