Job summary

The Naples Players is seeking an applied theatre facilitator to support the day to day programming of the Arts Access department with a focus on creating, implementing, and facilitating performing arts based enrichment programs. This full-time role supports our mission of building community through theatre by devising programs for patrons and community partners.

You will work with the Director of Arts Access to tailor curriculums and teach improv, musical theatre, and other performing arts

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or facilitating programs.
• Experience with applied theatre or arts in community settings.
• Experience working with individuals with IDD or other accommodation needs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily performing arts workshops to varying audiences.
• Design program curriculums with a focus on applied theatre methodologies and disability theatre.
• Maintain program spreadsheets, class registrations, and student communication.
• Foster data-tracking systems to collate information on served populations.
• Maintain detailed student and volunteer records in the database for better organization.
