• Willingness to travel across Chicagoland and work some nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program logistics for onsite family programs.
• Book school partner groups for student matinees and manage study guides.
• Support school-based residencies and professional development.
• Maintain program paperwork, tracking, and communication with teaching artists.
• Assist with day-of event management and data reporting to funders.
