Job summary

Confluence Theater of Pittsburgh is seeking an organized Education Associate to join our Education and Community Engagement team. This role focuses on supporting students and families, coordinating administrative processes, and helping educational programs run smoothly behind the scenes.

Reporting to the Academy Director, you will manage student registration and tuition processing, maintain accurate records, and assist Education staff to ensure a positive participant experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Education or related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in education administration or customer service.
• Experience with student registration, enrollment, tuition processing, or similar administrative functions.
• Must obtain and maintain Pennsylvania clearances for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student registration and tuition transactions, including enrollment processing, invoicing, payments, and financial aid information.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for students, parents, and families.
• Prepare and maintain enrollment and tuition reports and ensure records are complete and current.
• Provide administrative support for Education programs and related needs.
• Provide backup administrative support for office systems and equipment.
• Support merchandise sales and related financial reporting.
