Confluence Theater of Pittsburgh is seeking an organized Education Associate to join our Education and Community Engagement team. This role focuses on supporting students and families, coordinating administrative processes, and helping educational programs run smoothly behind the scenes.
Reporting to the Academy Director, you will manage student registration and tuition processing, maintain accurate records, and assist Education staff to ensure a positive participant experience.

Confluence Theater of Pittsburgh is seeking an organized, service-oriented Education Associate to join our Education and Community Engagement team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting students and families, coordinating administrative processes, and helping educational programs run smoothly behind the scenes.
Reporting to the Academy Director, the Education Associate provides administrative, registration, and customer service support for the organization’s education programs. This position coordinates student registration and tuition processing, maintains accurate student and program records, and supports students, families, and Education staff to ensure efficient program operations and a positive participant experience.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days onsite in Pittsburgh.
