Job summary

Confluence Theater of Pittsburgh is seeking an organized Education Associate to join our Education and Community Engagement team. This hybrid role supports students and families, coordinates administrative processes, and helps education programs run smoothly behind the scenes.

Reporting to the Academy Director, you will handle student registration, tuition processing, and records, while providing responsive customer service to families and Education staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Education or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of one year of experience in education administration, student services, or program administration.
• Experience with student registration, enrollment, tuition or payment processing, and database management preferred.
• Must obtain Pennsylvania clearances to work with children.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student registration and tuition transactions, including enrollment processing and payments.
• Serve as primary contact for students and families, providing timely customer service related to registration, tuition, education programs, and general inquiries.
• Prepare enrollment and tuition reports and maintain accurate student and program records in applicable databases.
• Provide administrative support for Education programs, including correspondence, mailings, supply coordination, document preparation, and other program-related needs.
• Provide backup administrative support for office systems, equipment, and other general functions as needed.
• Support merchandise sales and related activities, including promotion, inventory tracking, ordering, sales recording, and reporting.
