Job summary

AMPP Education is seeking an Education Strategic Scheduling Specialist to manage budgeting, scheduling, personnel, vendors, and equipment for AMPP Education courses globally. As the first contact with AMPP Education, they ensure a positive experience for vendors, contractors, and clients and set minimum delivery standards for global courses.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in business, adult education, or related field.
• Experience in event scheduling, contracts, and project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue and expense budgets for Instructor Led courses (>$10M annually).
• Audit monthly financials and provide forecasts for courses and deferred revenue.
• Lead special projects related to Education systems and cross-functional enterprise projects.
• Coordinate facilities, vendors, and outside services for Education courses.
