Job summary

United Education Institute seeks an Associate Director of Education at our Phoenix campus. The role supports the Director of Education in leading the campus Education Team, ensuring quality educational programs and strategies to meet retention, graduation, and licensure goals.

Responsibilities include instructor onboarding, file management, classroom observations, scheduling optimization, and collaboration with career services to achieve retention objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year education management and administration experience.
• Minimum 3 years of instruction experience.
• Successful track record of teaching, curriculum development, and education administration.
• Strong IT skills with student databases and online resources.

Responsibilities

• Complying with applicable federal and state laws, accreditor standards, and institutional policies.
• Supervising instructor file management and onboarding paperwork.
• Assist with daily instructor check outs to ensure grades and attendance are posted.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new instructors and training.
• Conduct classroom observations and monitor campus metrics for completion and retention.
• Manage classroom utilization and scheduling for effective learning experiences.
• Oversee LOA/ITR processes and Save Our Student initiatives.
