Job summary

United Education Institute in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Associate Director of Student Affairs to lead the campus Education Team and drive retention, completion, and licensure goals. The role partners with faculty and Career Services to implement programs, monitor student progress, support instructors, and ensure compliance with accreditor standards and state regulations.

Responsibilities

Comply with applicable federal and state laws, accreditor standards, and institutional policies.
Supervise, monitor and implement student activities: gateway to success, college prep day, student appreciation, awards, ambassador program.
Prepare, communicate and confirm with instructors the facilitation of Student Satisfaction Survey weeks.
Spearhead and execute the process and follow up of Student Progress Report.
Monitor and address at-risk student populations for first module retention, low pass rates, attendance.
Monitor and advise on activities surrounding student failures, SAP and MTF at risk.
Coordinate with the Student Service Center on campaigns for at-risk students.
Collaborate with Career Services on weekly meetings, senior workshops, externship readiness, and externship transitions.
Assist the Director of Education with instructor recruitment and training.
