Job summary

UEI College is seeking an Associate Director of Education to support the Director of Education at the Phoenix campus. The role oversees the delivery of quality educational programs and leads the campus Education Team to meet retention, completion, and licensure goals.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, instructor file management, onboarding, observations, and scheduling. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with at least 1 year in education management and 3 years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year education management and administration experience.
• Minimum 3 years of instruction experience.
• Proven track record in teaching, curriculum development, and education administration.
• Strong IT skills with student databases, social media, and online resources.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Comply with federal/state laws, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures.
• Supervise and implement Instructor File Management.
• Ensure onboarding paperwork for new instructors is completed and filed in a timely manner.
• Monitor active instructor quarterly file requirements to avoid past due documents.
• Assist with daily instructor check outs to ensure grades and attendance are posted.
• Assist the Director of Education with instructor recruitment and training.
• Conduct classroom observations on an ongoing basis and quarterly formal observations.
• Monitor campus metrics related to completion/graduation rates, Re-Entries, Waivers and DIFs.
• Prepare and update classroom utilization to optimize class size.
• Monitor the student LOA/ITR process.
• Schedule Save Our Student meetings to support retention objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.
