United Education Institute seeks an Associate Director of Education to support the campus Director of Education in leading our Education Team and ensuring high-quality programs. You will oversee instructor processes, classroom observations, and retention strategies to help students complete their programs and achieve licensure.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 1+ year in education management, and at least 3 years of instruction experience, with strong IT and people leadership

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year education management and administration experience.
• Minimum 3 years of instruction experience.
• Successful track record of effective teaching, curriculum development, and education administration.
• Above average user skills in computer and information technology (e.g. student database, social media, online educational resources).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and lead a team.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the delivery of quality educational programs and ensure strategic initiatives meet retention, completion, and licensure goals.
• Assist with instructor recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
• Conduct classroom observations and monitor instructor performance on a regular basis.
• Prepare and update class schedules, optimize class size, and manage utilization for effective learning.
• Monitor student retention metrics, LOA/ITR processes, and related campus data.
• Lead Save Our Student meetings with education and career services staff to support retention objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
