You will oversee student activities, collaborate with Career Services, and assist with instructor recruitment and training to support student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience in student services or education administration is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of student retention strategies and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, accreditor standards, and institutional policies.
• Supervise and coordinate student activities and campus programs to improve engagement.
• Lead efforts to monitor and improve student progress, attendance, and performance.
• Collaborate with Career Services and instructors to support student transitions and externships.
• Assist with instructor recruitment and training as needed.
• Support the Director of Education in managing the Education Team and campus initiatives.
